Sichuan Style Stir-Fried Chinese Long Beans

Ingredients

• ½ lb Chinese Long Beans
• 1 tbsp Peanut Oil
• 6 Dried Chillies
• 1 tsp Sichuan Pepper
• ¼ tsp Salt
• ½ tsp Sugar
• 1 tbsp Sesame Seed Oil
• Soy Sauce, Splash

Steps

1. 1Chinese long beans can be found in both green and purple varieties. Both have similar flavors and textures, and either kind can be used for this recipe.
2. 2If you don't have a wok, use a sturdy, large sauté pan that has at least a two-inch lip.
